Aug 4, 8 – 10pm – WSOP Champions Invitational event played May 31 – June 1. As the name suggests, participation was by invitation only, and invitations went out to 20 former Main Event champions. Winner received the Binion Cup, presented by Jack Binion, and a Classic 1970 Corvette.
