Review–> Fourth Week of the 2013 WSOP:
It was a great week for seasoned poker pros and saw the Seniors event, Shootout, and the first ever Turbo event complete.
The winners of the No Limit Hold’em events are:
Event #26 – Kenneth Lind beat out a record field of 4,407 to win the prestigious Seniors No Limit Hold’em tournament
Event #27 – Isaac Hagerling won the gold bracelet in this $3,000 Mixed-Max No Limit Hold’em tournament
Event #28 – Jason Duval added to the Canadian medals count by winning this $1.5K No Limit Hold’em tournament
Event #30 – Chris Dombrowski won this $1K No Limit Hold’em tournament
Event#32 – Erick Lindgren won this $5K 6-Handed No Limit Hold’em tournament
Event #34 – Michael Gathy won the first ever Turbo event – a Turbo no Limit Hold’em tournament. The $1K event had 1,629 runners and finished in two days.
Event #36 – Simeon Naydenov took home the gold in this $1.5K No Limit Hold’em Shootout tournament
Of note:
- Tom Schneider won the $5K H.O.R.S.E. tournament
- Long-time poker pro Erick Lindgren took down the $5K 6-Handed No Limit Hold’em tournament – his fifth cash in this WSOP
- Jeff Madsen won a $3K PLO event – Second cash during this WSOP
- The Canadian players are on fire, final tabling and winning event after event!

Current Week:
Twelve Events will start, and 8 of them will be No Limit Hold’em tournaments. This week’s action includes three high-visibility events: the One Drop High Rollers tournament, the Ladies Championship tournament, and the $25,000 6-Handed No Limit Hold’em tournament.
