As you know, I stayed at The Signature  during this year’s WSOP Final Table. Still jazzed from my stay there…I highly recommend the hotel… Here’s my write up and some awesome pics. The Signature at MGM Grand

I had booked the trip in July through Travelocity, so, in early August I called with these two requests. I was told that my “preferences” would be recorded, but, that the hotel could not promise them. While waiting to board the plane at Logan Airport, I called to let the hotel know that I would be arriving very late and to remind them of my preferences. Once again, I was told that my preferences could not be guaranteed, but, this time, the young man (James) blocked a room for me on the 23rd floor. He said that it could be re-assigned before I arrived, but, he did all that he could for me. It wasn’t re-assigned and I got the preferences I wanted.

The suite was as clean, functional and spacious as it looks in the photos and video. Elegant and minimalistic at the same time. When you arrive at the hotel, the music that plays on the website is playing at the entrance. Excellent branding!

So I was in Suite 23-605 in Tower 1 facing the Strip. Here’s some views from the balcony. Oh yeah, a suite with a sliding glass door to a balcony…fresh air and great views.
